Eating Raw in 2014


I know, none of you want to think about eating healthy with the holidays and so much family, friends and food, but, put on your 2014 to-do-list to start eating more raw foods and believe me you will be grateful that you did.

Raw foods are amazing!  They feed your body the nutrients that it needs and when you’re not eating dead, processed, “food fragments” you feel and look so much better.

Here are a few of the things that will happen when you start eating raw foods.  You will:

-Sleep soundly and deep all night long

-Have enhanced digestion

-Loose any excess weight

-Improve your appearance with healthy skin, hair, complexion, and nails

-Have high energy that lasts all day

-Improve your thinking and mental clarity

-Become more creative

-Reduce moodiness, anxiety, and depression

and sooooooo much more.

It’s not to early to start thinking about those New Year’s resolutions.

  1. In preparation for New Years cleansing, I have been eating about 90% vegan the past few weeks and I plan on continuing this in 2014! Maybe incorporating more raw!

  2. This is definitely something that I want to get more educated about in 2014. I have a few raw “cook”books, but have not really put them to use yet.
