Here is a nice cool treat for those hot summer afternoons. Don’t grab a soda or sugary lemonade. Stay away from the ice cream and milkshakes. Avoid the sports drinks and artificially flavored “health drinks”. Try a refreshing, healthy, treat made with creamy avocado.
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup almond milk
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. cinnamon (more if you like)
lemon or lime slice for garnish
Just toss it all into a Vitamix or high-speed blender and enjoy! Ahhh, sit back and relish in the sunshine and lazy summer days.
