Another Reason to Stay Away From Milk and Dairy

Have you heard the latest?  We have read the research, we have looked at all the statistics, we have seen first hand what consuming dairy products does to our health, and now the dairy industry wants the FDA to approve putting aspartame and sucralose (known causes of health problems) into dairy products and not labeling it!  So not only would you be eating and drinking products which are shown to cause health problems already but now with secret artificial sweeteners added, you will be poisoned further without even knowing it.

Dr. Mercola states that “aspartame accounts for over 75 percent of the adverse reactions to food additives reported to the FDA. Many of these reactions are very serious including seizures and death. A few of the 90 different documented symptoms listed in the report as being caused by aspartame include: Headaches/migraines, dizziness, seizures, nausea, numbness, muscle spasms, weight gain, rashes, depression, fatigue, irritability, tachycardia, insomnia, vision problems, hearing loss, heart palpitations, breathing difficulties, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, loss of taste, tinnitus, vertigo, memory loss, and joint pain.”

According to researchers and physicians studying the adverse effects of aspartame, the following chronic illnesses can be triggered or worsened by ingesting of aspartame: Brain tumors, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, chronic fatigue syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, mental retardation, lymphoma, birth defects, fibromyalgia, and diabetes.

The government has had strong ties with the dairy industry for years.  On the one hand that government is saying that we are spending billions of dollars on health care and need to find better treatments for such illnesses as heart disease and diabetes, while on the other hand they are joining with the dairy industry to push more cheese at fast food restaurants and more dairy products in schools to get our kids hooked on something that will lead to heart disease, diabetes, and other illnesses.  Doesn’t sound right does it?

Knowing that cheese leads to clogged arteries, obesity, diabetes, and other health issues, the fast food industries still push it every way they can.  At some restaurants the employees are told they have to ask every person if they “want cheese with that” with every order.

The dairy industry finds Hollywood stars, athletes, and even “professionals” to wear a milk moustache and falsely influence and persuade people to think that drinking milk is good for you.


Come on people….wake up.  Start drinking Almond milk and non-dairy milk.  Stay away from the cheese trap.  You CAN get calcium and protein from other sources than dairy products and without the nasty health problems that dairy adds.  And if that isn’t enough to convince you, just conjure up the image of pus-filled, antibiotic-laden, growth-hormone riddled bodily fluid coming from a one thousand pound animal.  Cheers!
