I have been playing around with my new Healthy Cancer Chick Blog for a week now and have gotten some great feedback and requests. I have decided to have a theme for each day of the week to help focus on what to Blog about each day. Please let me know if there are any topics of interest, types of recipes, or other interesting things that you would like me to include. Monday — Meal plan Monday. I will Blog about different meals you can plan for the week.
Tuesday — Tasty Tuesday. Yummy new recipes.
Wednesday — Wellness Wednesday. Lots of topics will be covered like; dairy, sugar, and meat alternatives, superfoods, carb debates, soy (good or bad), healing teas, gluten-free, the skinny on fat, boosting immunity, oil pulling, herbs, nuts and seeds, natural skin care products, exercise, stress, and the list goes on and on.
Thursday — Thankful Thursday. Reflections on healthy living, honoring the inspirational people I have been following, and contest give-a-ways.
Friday — Foodie Friday. More great recipes.
Saturday — Supplement Saturday. blogging about all kinds of alternative medicines and supplements for all kinds of health concerns.
Sunday — Special request Sunday. It may be a recipe someone asked for. It may be a talk about cancer treatment and side effects. It may be a question about whether microwaves and hair dryers are bad for you. Whatever the request is, I will try to answer it….so send in your request and watch for the Blog.
