My Amazing Salad for Lunch

Yum!  This salad is so delicious and nutritious.  It is packed with vital nutrients and vitamins, omega-3 (good) fats, protein, and wonderful things our bodies and brains need.  But the best part is that it is sooooo delicious!  An added bonus is that it is filling and you don’t feel like you just ate a little salad but a whole meal.

Ingredients

baby spinach
quinoa
black beans
avocado
tomatoes
walnuts
black olives
chopped fresh basil (don’t skip this…it really brings out the flavors)
apple cider vinegar

Give your body, brain, and taste buds a reward by making a salad like this one today.
