Apple Cider Vinegar’s Many Uses and Health Benefits

Apple cider vinegar.  You may have a jar sitting in your cupboard right now that you barely use or you use for only one or two purposes.  Well, there are a lot of other uses for this amazing product.

Try some of these tips.
-put some in your bath water to help detoxify your skin, also making it smooth and silky.
-rinse your hair with it after shampooing to make your hair shiny and healthy.
-dilute it with some water and use it as a toner for your face.  It helps regulate your skins pH.
-brush your teeth with it to help remove stains.
-add it to some filtered water to help detox and cleanse your body and kidneys.
-mix it with water to use as a natural heart burn remedy.
-use it to clean bathrooms, kitchen counters, mirrors, tile and glass with no chemicals.

Apple cider vinegar is also great to use in homemade dressings and to put on salads.  You can also soak fruits and veggies in a water vinegar mixture to kill bacteria and remove chemical residue.

Add some vinegar to the water that you soak your beans in and they become less gas-producing.  Add some to soups and it brings out the flavor.

Pick up some apple cider vinegar at your next shopping trip and try to use it throughout the week.  You will be pleasantly surprised with the results.  My favorite brand is Bragg’s organic apple cider vinegar.
